If an item is faulty we will offer to post it back for you or issue a refund / replacement as your request.

If you have changed your mind on a product and it is completely unused you can ship it back to our HQ. Once we receive the product in condition of sale we will issue a refund

Express: 2-5 business days
Standard: 10 Business days
Envelope (No tracking): 10-15 business days

International orders:
To USA: 5-20 business days
To UK: 10-20 business days
To Everywhere else: 10-20 business days

All products come with a 12 month warranty *Excluding perishables like air fresheners.

All our stickers are rated to 3-4 years in Australian UV. Some specialty stickers may only last 12 months.

If you are ever unsatisfied with the life of the product please contact us so we can make sure our standards are kept up. We are always happy to replace faulty products.
