From my experience is hasn't stained, The Shimmers do get a bit of fallout with a brush so pat them on with your finger for the best effect! Otherwise you won't need a highlighter :P
The matte's are super vibrant without any primer. The holographic glitter I also recommend patting and building it up for the best effect. Now I'm not a super makeup pro, but that's my recommendations.
